Welcome to Effortless Spirit Healing
I’m so glad you’ve found your way here.
My name is Jen, and my path to this work has been full of twists, turns, and a few detours—but every step brought me here.
For most of my career, I worked in Higher Education, connecting with donors, alumni, and students. I loved the people and the purpose, but eventually I hit burnout (there are at least 12 levels of it—ask me how I know).
All along, I’d been drawn to wellness. I knew in my heart it was a better fit for me — personally and professionally — but like many of us, I thought: “But health insurance! But retirement! But steady employment!”
With the guidance of mentors and the support of an amazing healing community, I finally began training in the practices that had always called to me. I started with Sound Healing, then added Meditation, Reiki I & II, and Tuning Fork Therapy. (Hi, my name is Jen and I love learning.)
Over the last 18 months, this work has transformed me. Yes, it may sound a little “hokey, cookey, or even mookey” (and I’ll own all of those), but I have truly found myself.
What brings me the deepest joy is sharing this work with others—helping people find calm, presence, and a sense of peace. And here’s the secret: even as I hold space for others, I’m also receiving. The exchange of energy in the room is one of the most beautiful, unspoken parts of this path.
This isn’t a career that leads to material wealth, but it has given me something far greater: spiritual, emotional, and mental abundance. To me, that’s priceless.
If you’re here, maybe you’ve already joined me for a sound bath or guided meditation — welcome back, friend! And if this is your first visit, I’m thrilled you’ve landed here. You are worthy of whatever brings you peace, whether it’s a sound healing session, meditation, Reiki, acupuncture, massage, or simply a walk in the woods.
We’re all living through hard times. More than ever, it’s essential to find what restores us, even if just for an hour. You deserve calm. You deserve joy. And I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey.
If cost is a concern, please reach out — I believe everyone deserves access to healing, and we can work something out.
Join me for a session. Let’s create space for peace, joy, and connection together.
Namaste, friends.
